Comments 
Deep Throat 1.0 is all but instinct. It's limited features plus the newer versions make it rare to be infected with. If you are infected with it, it does not have many features to be truly harmful.

How To Remove 
Quick fix: no quick fix programs
Manual removal:

  1. Remove the SystemDLL32 key located at: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. Which can be done with regedit or any registry editing program. 
  2. Reboot the computer or close the trojan.
  3. Delete the trojan files pddt.dat in the Windows System directory(Usually c:\windows\system), and the server file which was in the SystemDLL32 key.
