How To Remove 
Quick fix: no quick fix programs
Manual removal:

  1. Remove the load=winpc.exe key in the win.ini under [windows]. Which can be done with any other text editing program. 
  2. Reboot the computer or close winpc.exe.
  3. Delete the trojan file winpc.exe in the windows directory.
